  it's unfortunate. They don't ask about cleanliness. I was here at Taco Bell at 1:12 PM on Edinger Harbor Boulevard. Everything was great except for the bathroom was a pigsty. There were no customers so they had plenty of time to go in there and check those restrooms if I was QA right now they would be written up. They need to check those bathrooms at least every 30 minutes. I applied for a management position at a Taco Bell near my home and still have not been hired, but I'll tell you now if it was my store the bathroom would never look like that

  There's really no more service anymore. You use a machine to do your order. When you do have questions you have to have patience to wait to talk to them. They are not as clean as del taco.

  Okay service. They should have another cashier on Saturdays for the evenings, poor girl was doing everything.

  I usually go to this Taco Bell whenever I can, but this time there was a man running the counter all on his own, with one employee actually dealing with the food and one at the drive-thru. All the other workers were just chatting, everyone could see them. The one guy at the counter was serving other people and taking their orders not from the Kiosk I had just used. The man acknowledged me, smiled, and walked away without taking my money for the order. Waited another 8 minutes and still nothing, left without food and hungry. Just go to del taco.
