  Fui a comprar comida como a las 11:40 y ataba solo disponible solo el drive thrut y traté de pasar ay en mi bicicleta y me dijeron que no me podían vender porque iba en bicicleta y que solo le vendían a los de carros Pésimo servicio de sus empleados y la persona a cargo

  We’ve gotten McDonald’s fries from this location TWICE, and both times they completely skimped on the fries. What the heck?! First time I gave them slack, thinking it was just a fluke. Second time, ITS EVEN WORSE? How is this possible. We literally didn’t even touch them, and we got basically a small?? (Very hangry)

  Wonderful experience! Super helpful staff. Food is always exactly as ordered. Everybody goes above and beyond, especially in the lunch time rush. Best location near me!

  The bathroom here is locked, have to ask someone to unlock it for you which is difficult when there are too many customers in the way and the management seems annoyed.

  Absolutely horrible experience at this McDonald’s. I was picking up a DoorDash order late at night and had to use the drive-thru. At the speaker I clearly stated the DoorDash order name. When I got to the window, the employee immediately told me the total was $5.40. I asked if that was for the DoorDash order, because drivers don’t pay for those orders. Instead of listening, the employee responded with a very rude attitude and said, “What are you here for?” as if I hadn’t already said it. I explained again that I was picking up the DoorDash order for two McFlurrys, and suddenly the price changed to $9. When we questioned why we would be paying for a DoorDash order, she snapped back saying she had asked what we were there for. The problem is we already told her at the speaker. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude or disrespect. When we calmly pointed that out, she literally slammed the drive-thru window. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional. Delivery drivers are there to pick up orders for your customers, and instead we’re treated like an inconvenience. The staff clearly has no communication skills and a terrible attitude. If this is how drivers and customers are treated, management seriously needs to step in and address the behavior of their employees. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had picking up an order. ⭐ 1 star. Avoid if possible.
