The lady upfront; Geraldine, took my order and went out of her way to make sure everything was on point. Even when I exchanged the flavors on my wings she happily arranged the wings to my prefer flavor. She’s a great hardworking woman and deserves a raise. Most def coming back to this location.

I hope the real manager can read this I dont usually complain but i paid 80..for really bad food. I made a order on line two classic one honey and one mild total of four order. When i got to my house after driving 20min. I notice that i just got 3 boxes instead of four. One of them had the honey flavor and classic mix and still it was mix not one side and one side i conplane to ths store and didnt help me at all. Who ever i talked in the phone it was really ruth first she said it was the manager and then she said ill let the manager now. Bad food and bad customer service. We didnt ended up eating it like always. Not going there any more.

Found a hair in my food. Wasn’t able to get a refund even though I still had the chicken. Only same day meal replacement or credit for 10 boneless wings within 30 days. Not sure what to do because it killed my appetite.
