They need to either hire new employees or properly train their current ones because some are disrespectful. Yesterday I was at the drive thru ordering breakfast for my sister. Since I had a fever at the time, I wasn’t able to talk. My sister had to order it despite her being on the passenger side. The lady was inpatient and wanted us to hurry up. She Kept saying she can’t hear us but my sister was basically already in her yelling voice. So I had to use my voice to order for her. As soon as we pull up to the drive thru window to pay, she was giving us a mad dogging face. As soon we were about to leave, I asked for hot sauce and she said “you need to speak up I can’t hear you”. I told her that I was very sick but she kept saying “I don’t care you need to speak louder”. I told her she needs to calm down but no! She kept repeating “you need to speak louder”. This is unacceptable behavior. I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell since I was a child, but putting that level of disrespect is outrageous. Either they inspect their employees. Or I call corporate.

This was seriously one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Taco Bell. I placed a $49 order for a quick late night dinner. In a nutshell this is what happened......
Someone came in and claimed my order as theirs and left with my order. After waiting 35 min I approached the manager and asked if it would me much longer? She looked at me in a daze not understanding what I was asking. Come to find out someone took my meal. I asked for any sort of refund for my time wasted waiting. Maria the manager said sure! And issued a full refund and stated they would reMake my order. Another 25 minutes go by and I go back up to the counter asking if it would be much longer and the girl was puzzled. I explained what had happened and she said you were refunded because you didn't want your meal. That was not true I was refunded because the manager gave some stranger my $49 order after ringing me up and seeing the order was clearly myn. I will never ever go to this location EVER again. Horrible horrible experience. Go next door to McDonalds instead at least they will give you what you order in a timely fashion. I work in customer service and if ever my co workers or I conducted ourselves like Maria and her crew tonight, everyone on shift would get a hefty write up and be put on a probation period for customer service evaluation.

Walked in. Did a pre order on their automated system. Stood in line to pay for my order.. waited and waited in line to pay.. after 30 mins of standing in line I decided to just go to another food stop in the shopping complex. Service is extremely slow. Slowest fast food joint in the area.
