- JBJennifer BowenDec 1, 20251.0This was seriously one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Taco Bell. I placed a $49 order for a quick late night dinner. In a nutshell this is what happened...... Someone came in and claimed my order as theirs and left with my order. After waiting 35 min I approached the manager and asked if it would me much longer? She looked at me in a daze not understanding what I was asking. Come to find out someone took my meal. I asked for any sort of refund for my time wasted waiting. Maria the manager said sure! And issued a full refund and stated they would reMake my order. Another 25 minutes go by and I go back up to the counter asking if it would be much longer and the girl was puzzled. I explained what had happened and she said you were refunded because you didn't want your meal. That was not true I was refunded because the manager gave some stranger my $49 order after ringing me up and seeing the order was clearly myn. I will never ever go to this location EVER again. Horrible horrible experience. Go next door to McDonalds instead at least they will give you what you order in a timely fashion. I work in customer service and if ever my co workers or I conducted ourselves like Maria and her crew tonight, everyone on shift would get a hefty write up and be put on a probation period for customer service evaluation.
