  Marco the manager was so rude absolutely disgusted he was so disrespectful and rude him and his co worker started talking about me and my girlfriend in Spanish and giving us dirty looks and made us pay 2 times for our food even though it charged us the first time but they said it didn’t. Marco you should learn how to respect people if you are a manager I will not be comming back

  The drive-through experience felt extremely rushed, to the point that my order was incorrect and I was double-charged. When I asked for help, there was laughter over the speaker, which was unprofessional and discouraging. Although the worker maintained a polite cadence at the window, the interaction still felt rude and inconsiderate. I understand that fast-food jobs can be stressful, but customers can also be having a bad day, and even when they’re being respectful, they shouldn’t be treated poorly.

  I went to the drive through at 11 pm and I order 8 different items and when I pulled up to the window before I could even park the car the lady had my food ready. I checked the bag and all the food was stone cold . I asked them to at least give me some warm fries but they said I could have extra but they would not give me warm fries. I got home which is 5 minutes away and all the food is stone cold .
