  It was a horrible experience with customer service from the worker named MARIA she was very rude since the moment I walked in and she’s rude to all customers and I see that she gets a lot of complaints looking at other reviews she makes the customers feel miserable and make it not worth going back to this location on top of that she did not want to allow us to use more then one coupon even if we where paying seperate how does that make sense if we each are paying seperate and want to use our own coupon each she’s a horrible worker and I don’t know how they allow her to still work. MARIA is the kind of worker that loses customers because of the way she treats us

  Sixto, the manager is Good with customer service. Always attentive and has good staff as well. Clean restaurant 😋 👌 😌

  never experienced such rude customer service as I did at this location the lady working was extremely rude. I came in asking for a 6 inch and specified what meet and cheese I wanted. After I specified she asked again and I repeated myself. I said what veggies I wanted and continued conversating with my brother. Once she was about to ring me up l handed her my coupon and she said this coupon is for a foot long and I said "I said in the begging a six inch and even repeated myself" she rolled her eyes insisting I pay for the foot long. She stated "you see me making the sandwich why didn't you say anything" very rudely. I said I had already specified what I wanted several times. I clearly stated she could cut the sandwich in half and I am not trying to take the foot long for the price of the coupon. She went and asked her manager came back and cut the sandwich and rang me up for the price of the coupon. Very upset with the customer service provided as I have came to this subway location for years. She rudely denied my brothers coupon even though he paid desperate stating she is not allowed to use the coupon from the same paper even though it was seperate transactionsz STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

  Stay as far as you can from this Subway the owner doesn't honor the coupons as they are I know it's not the employees he even put a sign in there
