  I ordered a cheeseburger with chili sauce for delivery. I received a bun with cheese and chili sauce. NO Burger patty. This is either a really stupid mistake or a bad prank.

  I was in the drive thru no one answered waited for about 5 mins or more still no answer so I decided to pull up to the window instead. The girl working told me I had to go back in line I told her I wasn't going to do that because I was saying "hello" "hello" in the speaker & no one answered! She said she would take my order only if it wasn't going to be a lot which it wasn't I literally just wanted a mini blast so when I told her what I wanted she told me that the machine wasn't "working" yet they always say it's not working. 🙄

  This location ain’t it. Management understaffs to save money. They need double the workers to keep quality up. Waited over 20 minutes for a pick up order. No other fast food is this bad

  There’s not a single reason a fast food place should be making you wait an hour for food, mind you I put a Mobile order in for pickup. If I knew I’d be wasting an hour in the drive through line I would’ve just gone to Chilis or a sit down restaurant, absolutely unsurd. Hire more people or make sure your workers can keep up with the demand. I wasted gas just sitting here waiting when you could’ve just brought the food out to the stalls if I was going to have to wait that long. Updating since I received my food, I’ve nerve gotten a breakfast toaster and they used the end of the bread, it’s always regular pieces of bread. It takes the flavor/taste away, not to mention it was barely toasted, I’m not sure what these people are doing At this location. I only give reviews for exceptionally good or exceptionally bad service/food and unfortunately this was exceptionally bad. I would never spend my time and money coming back to this location. Try an other Sonic in the area and they’ll do 10x better, service and food.

  working girl works terrible. I asked twice when my order would be ready. They don’t answer my question. They’re not preparing my order. I left there cursing. The girl in the kitchen is working with bare hands. She picked up the fallen chicken with her bare hands and put it back in the box. No one has to eat food from your germy hands. People pay for service. If I were the owner of this restaurant, I would fire both of these girls. 17 oct. 7PM
