- KLKatrina Law6 days ago1.0Placed an order for a smoothie and the worker just disappeared nowhere to be seen for 10 minutes. I had to run to my gate to make it for my plane in time so I couldn't even get my smoothie. Myself and another customer in line kept trying to wave down an employee to no avail. Very disappointing experience as there were no other orders except for mine and this girl. Would like to get a refund for this order that I wasn't able to receive in a timely fashion as this is unacceptable.
