- SJSpare j13Dec 27, 20252.0Sticky and gooey kiosks. I don't know what they use to clean the kiosk or if it was ever cleaned recently. As soon as I touched it it. It felt sticky and gooey my hand was literally making that sound when you take it away from a piece of tape. Definitely had to wash my hands right after touching it. I wasn't going to eat my donuts after touching that thing that's for sure.

The employee forgot to give me a straw, closed the window quickly, and didn’t say thank you or acknowledge me at all. When her coworker noticed and pointed it out, she reopened the window, handed me a straw without saying a word, and closed it again. She also didn’t give me a receipt, so I don’t know her name can’t put her on blast. Everyone has bad days, but basic courtesy and customer service were completely missing. Her phone was more important.

I waited less than 5 minutes in the drive thru, usually on other occasions it takes forever with different staff. Great job ladies I love my drink and attitude :)
