One of the employees - a red-haired girl - had very long hair that was constantly swinging back and forth while she was walking around and handling food and sandwiches. Watching her move between tasks and come into contact with food like that was honestly unpleasant. A male employee (slightly heavyset) took my order. I ordered a hot cappuccino with oat milk and an iced cappuccino with regular milk. I waited about 10 minutes for my drinks while the staff were laughing and chatting. I received the first drink, but then had to continue waiting quite a while for the second one, while the employee was preparing other delivery orders instead of finishing mine. When I asked if the drink was made with oat milk, he said no. I became understandably upset and asked him to remake it, explaining that I still had not received the correct drinks. After that, the staff’s behavior felt almost mocking. I mentioned that I was in a bit of a hurry, yet they began moving even slower - deliberately placing cups and lids down at an exaggerated pace. I genuinely felt that this was intentional mistreatment, not just poor service or a misunderstanding. I do not recommend this location to anyone and strongly urge management to pay attention to the employees’ behavior and standards.
