  New Years Eve at Buffalo Wild Wings on South Bristol Street absolutely owes this review to Manny. The place was completely empty — like, echo-in-the-dining-room empty — but somehow Manny still managed to deliver the kind of service you’d expect during a slammed game night. He carried the entire experience on his own, and not just mentally. Physically too. The man is ripped, and he moved through that restaurant like he was personally responsible for keeping the brand alive. When the clock struck midnight, Manny turned an otherwise droll and dreary evening into an action-packed, wild-winged rollercoaster, and we were all taken along for the ride. It was as if the place was revived, and the power of Manny’s muscles transformed this place into an adrenaline-fueled cathedral of electricity and vibrancy. Attentive, upbeat, and locked in from start to finish. Drinks refilled without asking, food checked on at the perfect times, and zero awkwardness. Manny created the vibe by himself. No crowd, no chaos — just pure effort and professionalism backed by some very noticeable muscles. If Buffalo Wild Wings ever wonders how to run a shift with no customers and still make it feel worth coming in, the answer is Manny. Give that man a raise, or at least let him know he’s carrying more than just trays. 💪🍗

  Waited 15 minutes for a table and there were very few customers in the establishment. Server took forever to come to our table, brought no silverware, drinks showed up 15 minutes later, wings were very dry and hard. Likely sitting in a warmer most of the day. After all this the server brought my change from my check and it was 20 dollars short. Then when I was explaining it to the manager the bartender came from behind the bar and aggressively approached me saying that I wasn't the cook to quit complaining, it was a nightmare to say the least.

  I have been several times to this location. I'm generally I love going to BWW but this one always smells like poorly cleaned up vomit. It is consistently dirty. The service is also slow and they were out of several things we ordered. Even then they forgot parts of our order and delivered food to us we didn't ask for (and charged us for it.) I will not be returning to this location again.

  What happened to this location??? I used to love coming here but today my husband and i literally were in the restaurant for about 20mins and not one person came to help us!! The bathroom is filthy!! After our wait we got up and left, we ended up at Red Robin across the street and it was night and day. I doubt we will be coming here again it sucks the let this location go downhill this bad
