Unfortunately, my last experience was disappointing. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, avocado, and lemon pepper to go, but when I opened it later, there were just two large, cold clumps of cream cheese on each side—not spread at all. The avocado was spread a little bit better. Since I was driving, I couldn’t fix it myself and ended up not being able to eat it. I’m sharing this in hopes it helps improve consistency, because Bruegger’s usually delivers excellent quality. On a positive note, the staff member was very kind, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. I’ll definitely give them another try and hope for a better experience next time.
