- CWCheryl Watts6 days ago4.0Went into the store today because I was going to Starbucks which is very convenient. I had to use the restroom ( first time using it here) well needless to say I was appalled it doesn’t reflect the cleanliness of your store. The odor graffiti etc being of age we can’t hold it so when we have to go we have to go, close them down for a good scrub down for sanitary reasons

Some of their staff are less than helpful vs what I'm used to in Irvine. And watch out for the exit they close at 8pm, bc if you park at this end you'll have a hike after 8pm.

Today, a security guard approached me and asked if I planned on paying. I was absolutely offended that he would have the audacity to ask such a ridiculous question. He relayed the manager Johnathan wanted to inquire... To Johnathan when you see a black person rather than assume they're a thief, allow them to complete their shopping without harassment and then ask that question (or summon your security) when they skirt the checkout line or behave suspiciously towards an exit. This is prejudice at its best- cowardly and ignorant. I won't be shopping here again.
