Very poor experience. Went by at 1230 pm and basically no bagels left and no fresh ones planned to come as per staff. Staff were not friendly. Would not honor corporate specials as per email. Showed email and would not take. Corporate app does not work so no help there. Truly disappointed.

Food quality didn’t match the price $17. I ordered a five-cheese bagel with egg, cheese, and avocado and an orange juice. The bagel was fresh, but overall pretty plain, and the bottom was dense—possibly under-kneaded. The avocado was fresh but borderline unripe. On the positive side, the staff was great—very friendly, fast service, and the store was clean. There was even someone outside actively cleaning the patio area, which I appreciated. I counted four employees plus a manager with only three customers in line, so service was definitely efficient. That said, the pricing feels unfair for what you get. I understand staffing and operational costs can vary, especially during busy times, but the value just isn’t there. I’d love to see more reasonable pricing that better reflects the quality of the food.

I work near this place I usually go 4 times a week and used to love it but lately the costumer service is really bad. The other day I ask to substitute the tomato paste for the cream cheese and they start telling me that they need to charge me I said it was fine but it wasn’t a extra it was a substitute since then because they know me the lady always want to take my order and make sure that if I ask for extra or substitute I’m being charge I know some people argue and don’t want to pay but in okay with that . Thank you for the delicious food but that’s it for me I had to found another bagels place

Saw this place while I was having lunch at Rubio's and decided to surprise my partner with some bagels! It’s definitely an East Coast thing. I wasn’t sure if she’d like it, so I got a plain bagel and an everything bagel. It came to about $5, which felt a bit pricey considering Costco makes pretty good bagels. Lol. Before I left, I looked in the bag and thought the everything bagel looked super hard, and I wasn’t sure it was going to be good. I didn’t try the plain, but my partner said she bit into an eggshell in her bagel, yikes! Surprisingly, the everything bagel turned out to be very tasty! They do get quite busy, so I can see why. Overall, a decent spot!

As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted, which gave me a really great first impression 😊🙌 The service was fast and friendly, and even though there were five people ahead of me, the line moved quickly. I was in and out sooner than expected, which is always a plus! ⏱️✨ The food did not disappoint. I ordered the Vermonter, and it was absolutely delicious 🥯🔥 If you’re craving a breakfast bagel that satisfies your sweet tooth, I’d definitely recommend it. I also grabbed a classic bacon (and sausage) breakfast bagel, and that one was just as amazing — perfectly made and full of flavor 😋👌 The only downside is the price. With inflation, it can get a bit expensive when ordering multiple items. Two breakfast bagels, two coffees, and a blueberry muffin came out to about $40 with tip 💸☕ Some might say that’s reasonable, but I do feel the prices could be slightly lower. I honestly think more competitive pricing would bring in even more customers — I’d gladly drive an extra 10 minutes for great food at a better value. That said, I would still recommend this spot and plan on coming back. Great service and tasty food always win in the end! 👍✨
