- PEPetra EscaleraNov 8, 20252.0Prices go up while service goes down. Asked for 2 triple scoops in a cup and employee started placing single scoops by the register. I asked if they would be mine and clarified that I asked for triple scoops. The male employee helping me today simply said “no you didn’t”. It’s hard to confuse 6 single scoops with 2 triple scoops. Unsure if he was having a bad day but seeing as it was on my way home and I wanted to pick up something for my family for the weekend I figured the convenience factor would outweigh any negative interaction. However towards the end of my transaction he simply walked away after giving me my change? I still needed lids as again I needed to drive home. Not the first time it’s happened and figured I’d give them another shot as the last time it was a busy Sunday, understandable. But if thats the overall attitude given is rather go out of my way and head over to another shop that treats people kindly.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
