I understand I was there 5 minutes early. 9:10pm(15 minutes) later the girl who at the moment of arrival was working the window side of pickups getting to-go orders ready still had not once opened the window to ask for my name. She then disappeared towards the front of the store where I could no longer see her. 5 minutes passed I was able to get the attention of a male worker, only for him to hand me my order that was sitting on the to-go tray this whole time since I arrived. I got home and of course my entire food order was cold 30 minutes later.
