  Originally, I gave service 1 star, but that was generous. The service was non-existent at the counter, even after calling out that we were ready to order. Finally, an employee was seen in the vicinity who said she couldn't help us because she was going on break. We asked her to get the manager. Manager Raquel was fabulous! She didn't just brush us off. She was sincerely apologetic for the poor service and said she'd talk to her staff. She went above and beyond to assist us. It's our first time at this location, but the manager's attention added stars and means we'll be sure to come back.

  Been there twice and both times it had homeless sitting around. Very unpleasant.... Will not visit again

  3/18/2026 Came in before work to order a sandwich. No staff at the cash register, so I ordered through self-service. Paid like $14.00. Then I went to the waiting area, where I saw a group of 7 people waiting for their food. After 15 minutes of waiting, I learned that someone had placed a large order before the group of seven people did. So you can imagine how many items need to be prepared. I also learned that only one staff member was preparing the sandwiches. One person is preparing food for more than ten customers. I realized that my sandwich would be ready in about 45-60 minutes, and I could not wait, as I was late to work. I went to the cash register, hoping to get a refund and leave, but there was still no one there. As a result, I had to leave without my food or a refund. Great job, Panera!

  Service was fantastic today, tons of suggestions and fantastic descriptions of menu items mixed with pleasant demeanor, satisfying experience.
