  Order chicken patty the got the buns with no pattie then got the buns back and return it to you with the same buns with patties

  Waited 20 minutes in the drive through and still no one at the microphone. Thought maybe it was broken. Pulled up to leave, but was still stuck behind someone in the drive through line. Once I finally got to the window, they said they were short staffed and employees were walking out on their shifts and they had just noticed the guy taking orders had left. After all this time I was told there were a ton of orders ahead of mine and if I still wanted my food it would be a long time even though I had placed a mobile order and already paid. Total mess of an establishment. If you can’t operate, you need to close. Stop wasting people’s time and money.

  Please listen to me when I say this .. avoid this place. Do not give them your money - even tourists looking to grab something quick please put the owners in a bind and stop eating here. In the 30 or so times ive been here in the last year it has been consistently 20-30 minutes wait times (I just waited 45 minutes today). The food is cold very often, the staff are often rude or non existent. We had to grab something quick with our newborn and we had to wait forever- eventually had to go inside (because drive through is at least a 30 minute wait and will have you park ) and there were random people digging through the food that didnt work there when we went inside because of the wait (we ended up throwing our food out). I usually feel bad and dont care but this place genuinely needs to be shutdown. Even the worst mcdonalds ive ever been to before coming here wasnt this bad.

  Let me tell you, folks — I’ve seen a lot of McDonald’s in my time, tremendous McDonald’s, the best — and this one? Not good. Not good at all. You walk in, and there are so many people working, you think, “Wow, this is going to be fantastic service.” Wrong. Nobody looks at you. No eye contact. No smiles. No “thank you.” It’s like you’re invisible — and I know invisible, okay? I’ve seen it. They come out of the kitchen for about two seconds — two seconds! — and then rush right back behind the wall to hang out, talk, do whatever they’re doing back there. Meanwhile, customers are standing there, waiting. It’s a disaster. And don’t even get me started on the seating area. People are saying — many people are saying — it’s usually dirty, and they’re right. Not clean. Not what we want. We want clean. We want great service. This is neither. It’s a shame. A real shame. This McDonald’s could be great — it has the potential — but right now? Total mess. Sad!

  I’m pretty disappointed with my experience ordering breakfast. I placed my order before the 10:30 AM breakfast cutoff, but the restaurant refused to make it so the driver could deliver it. If the order comes in before the cutoff time, it should be honored. Instead, my order was essentially ignored and I ended up not getting the breakfast I paid for. This was frustrating not only for me but also for the Uber drivers who showed up expecting to pick up the order. Hoping this location handles cutoff times and delivery orders more consistently in the future.
