  We came in and every single table was filthy. Asked an employee if they could please clean one table off, that all of them were dirty. Nobody came out. Decided to place napkins on the table instead… Had to go and ask for napkins because there were very 3 napkins in the bag even though it was over $30 for our order. Then ordered a chocolate milk to be brought to the table, waited 8 minutes and found it myself at the counter. Overall filthy dining conditions, terrible vibe, high prices for what you get and are expected to dine in. Food quality was what you get at most McDonald’s.

  I just wanted an egg and cheese biscuit as I’m allergic to pork. I was given the wrong order multiple times and no refund, even after proving a receipt. Manager could not understand that I could not have meat, insisted that the wrong order was my fault as they didn’t do orders with no meat. :( If they had told me that when ordering I would’ve gotten something else, but I’ve had this same order at the same location many times before. I would have been thankful to get a refund and go somewhere else.

  McDonald's has come the worst in customer service, now one can only order at the kiosk, there are like ten employees working in the back with no customer service skills, I am a washer too and the food takes too long to be prepared and ready to take out. It seems that they are doing us a favor. Everybody look so busy not acknowledging the customers not a hi I'll be with you nor how can I help you. This McDonald's is in la playa

  I stopped in to buy a couple of double cheeseburgers without onions so that I could split them with my dog cuz we were hungry. What I got is two McDonald's double cheeseburgers without onions. I don't need a lot of fast food, but I do find myself in another part of the county with my dog, who won't eat before he gets a chance to play. A fast food minimalist cheeseburger goes, it's not the worst option. But they are what they are, and the McDonald's corporation TurnKey Style does not warrant a review unless something is exceptional, which the system doesn't really allow for, except cleanliness and price. This place came in handy one afternoon what temperature expectations are at McDonald's for God's sake. The biggest thing to watch out for with them is price days, as with all other fast food corporate machines. When you can go into a restaurant and leave with better food better service and better value, the future of "fast food is not good"
