  Disappointing Experience Every Time!!!! I've been to this McDonald's location multiple times, and I keep hoping for improvement, but it's always the same frustrating experience. They often have issues with their payment system, meaning they can't process codes or only accept cash. To make matters worse, they frequently don't have change available for cash transactions! It's hard to believe that a worldwide company like McDonald's struggles with basic payment systems for almost a year. This is unacceptable. I won't be returning to this location until they get their act together.

  No se podían realizar pagos con tarjeta, no tenían la máquina de expreso funcionando. Decidí no ordenar nada y me tomo 7 minutos salir del drive true 😒

  We buy food almost everyday and all the time they give me my order incomplete, something missing , but this time they do really badddd baddd food first they don't give us our soda but thennnn when we start eating this happened is too much now for not put a bad review in this place.

  They didn’t take my order as the drive through for 5 minutes but took it in the adjacent lane. After 3 cars in the other lane had passed through, I pulled ahead to order anyhow. I was greeted in Spanish. I said hello in english and all of the 3 staff I interacted with could barely get an English word out. Mostly a look of bewilderment. I tried 4 times to communicate my drive through app 4-digit number for points and they couldn’t adequately enter it into their computer, so i abandoned that. By the grace of God, I was able to order food for my family. In all, with all of the drive through waiting until I had my food in my hands, it was well over 25 minutes. The food was good, however. The majority of this location’s LCD screens were glitched out. Not sure what they’re doing with all their McDonalds money, but it’s not on adequate staff or equipment.

  I come here too often but today’s experience deeply disappointed me. The manager was totally rude and disrespectful to me when THEY sent my order to the wrong table just because it shared the same name on the order but I had a different table number. She responded as if it was my oversight and mistake when in reality it was theirs. I might not come back here after today.
