Despite giving them an HD, normal photo, the photo they gave me was instead heavily tinted with a sort of greenish teal, making the whole thing look terrible. I cannot emphasize enough how this entire photo is now a very obvious teal. When I called an hour after pickup to explain, they told me there was nothing they could do because everyone in charge of the bakery had already gone home and I'd have to call back the next day. I'm no longer having cake for my birthday I guess. Thanks, Safeway bakery

When I recently tried to return 50 cans, I was referred to "outdoor" Olyns vending machine. This vending machine requires installing an app on phone (unknown origin, reliability and security), and using Paypal for payout. All unnecessary steps since Safeway collected my original CRV. The nearest recycling center is 15 miles away. This new approach is a security and privacy risk, and is impacting Safeway's reputation and place in community.
