  this location used to be great but it has fallen off in quality so much. Everytime I come to this location the workers mess up my order completely botch the wrapping and sometimes they do it so bad that it leaks in the bag leaving a big mess. Other locations are miles better. Last time I went I got the same thing I get everytime from other locations too where there is absolutely no problem at those places, here they completely botched the wrapping of the burrito again putting their fingers in the burrito and messing it up and having to get a whole new burrito with much less stuff and another thing they barely put anything on the burritos from here. after they messed it up they blamed me and said it was my fault for putting liquidy ingredients in it which is just completely outrageous because again i get the same thing everytime too and i don’t even choose many liquidy ingredients. on top of that they put barely any guac despite having to pay extra for the add-on and just horrible service they don’t put any care into making food and are always unhappy, rude and making rude remarks. i’d give zero stars if i could and im never coming back here again.

  This location is very popular with schoolkids which can make it VERY busy and VERY loud, however that is of no fault of the Chipotle itself. As a result of their higher-than-average patronage you can also find longer-than-average wait times as well as then running out of ingredients faster than normal but they tend to keep up. The employees have always been kind, accurate, and prompt with limited mistakes and very good customer service. Parking is a nightmare though.

  There were TWO pieces of chicken all together in the three chicken tacos I ordered…I started a new job & am unable to leave the premises…Don’t try to blame DoorDash, they’ve never done me wrong. CHIPOTLE DID ME DIRTY, I was hella hungry for my 12hr shift

  Check your online order before you leave! Ordered thru the app. Missing 2 items and given wrong product (steak given instead of carne asada ordered and paid extra for on two products.) All of which was discovered in the car and once at home. The steak was overcooked and chewy (elderly mother couldn’t eat). What a waste of time. Ended up cooking for the family - so much for convenience. Someone needs to take QC responsibility here. Livermore store much better. Won’t go back here.

  If you are looking for an experience where you are respected and not treated as you are begging for food, I do NOT recommend this place. The food was good, but the service was very disrespecting. The server responded with only one word, topped with an attitude, and was impatient, while I was the ONLY customer. Ordering took only a minute but he/she seemed like seeing customers was the last thing they wanted to do. I'm talking about the server on Dec 24th, 2-3 PM. If they hated their job so much why dont just do other jobs or don't work on holidays, when respecting is the bare minimum you can give others? If this is how reckless the chain is in terms of hiring and traing the staff, then our trust and support are gone.
