- PRParam ReddyApr 1, 20261.0horrid experience. i ordered online and went there. no one was working on any of the online orders and everyone who are supposed to be working were chitchatting. when i asked when my order will be ready, they just said its jot yet time and continued to chit chat. chipotle has gone down in quality of service!! its stock fall reflects that.

In the recent past we received full containers for the exact same order. It was barely enough to feed 3 people. I reported an issue on the app and got no response. Reached out to online customer support 15 days after the order and was told it was too late for them to do anything about it. You have to report within 7 days??!! People are busy and can not always jump on sending an email. I am so surprised at the lack of customer support from corporate that I received! It is so sad! And based on the response below, they did not read my review because I commented that I did email customer support and was told I only had 7 days to report an issue.

That’s not a small mistake. A few days ago, our online pickup bowl didn’t even have brown rice, the main carb that makes a bowl… a bowl. When I brought it up today, they acknowledged the issue but insisted the only compensation they could offer was a cup of brown rice. Days later. That’s it. Seriously? Portion sizes are another gamble. Some employees are painfully stingy with chicken, a few are reasonable. Between wrong meat, missing basics, and penny-pinching portions, this location feels more like a lottery than a restaurant.
