The broth was rich and super flavorful - but not TOO heavy or greasy at all. The service was really friendly and the staff were knowledgeable. I will be back and think this is a lovely gem of a restaurant.

They specialize in Ramen and the atmosphere inside of the restaurant is quaint and inviting. I had an order to go and keeping the soup separate from the noodles and other ingredients kept the noodles firm. I recommend Uchiwa Ramen !
