- JVJonathan VallejoAug 8, 20251.0Ordered from the app. Showed up 20 minutes later only to find out they didn't have the ingredients needed for my sandwich. So I asked for a refund because I wasn't going to order anything else off the menu. Turns out they weren't able to give me a refund. So my only other option was to choose another sandwich or to have my name written down on a piece of paper so I can come back and redeem it on a different day. I've done the paper thing before and was never able to get the sandwich that I was promised. So I wasn't about to do that again so I was forced just to get another sandwich that I didn't even want. I have gotten refunds before for other sandwiches that weren't available at time of order on the app so I didn't understand it was told it was only the manager who could refund me. They need to figure out a way that all staff couldn't refund because the sandwich that I now ordered was not what I wanted and spending my hard-earned money for stuff that you don't want to eat and then end up having to sucks.
