I visit this location several times a month, and most of the staff consistently provide excellent service. However, I have encountered ongoing issues with one employee, Angel. I am not sure whether he is a manager, but his interactions with customers are consistently hostile, and he often appears visibly unhappy to be assisting guests. While I recognize that these roles can be emotionally and physically demanding, professionalism and customer service remain essential responsibilities. For the benefit of both customers and the work environment, it may be more appropriate for Angel to be assigned to duties that do not involve direct customer interaction.
