The worker rudely informed us that we have to use the QR code in the app, which we showed her upon entering the building, as I asked how many scoops we could get for 80 cent (problem 1). Ask the worker J is ringing up our items, I noticed the marshmallow topping is $1.20. I ask for more topping as she barely put any on the three scoops. She mumbled something, finished ringing us up. I asked again about adding extra marshmallow for the price being charged. Still she's talking low and shrugs her shoulder. After some back forth, I ask her for her name, she replies "WHY"? I replied, so I can talk to the manager about your reprehensible customer service. I should have left the damn ice cream sitting on the counter and walked out. Next time I will.........Oh wait, there won't be a next time, as I do not reward poor customer service or poor attitudes.

They had a big parking lot and I didn't have a problem finding a parking space. When I walked into the store, a young lady, Abby, greeted me with a big smile. She was friendly, sweet & attentive. She helped me choose the menu. My favorite ice cream flavor was vanilla. She was very helpful and she was kind to the customer. I ordered one scoop of vanilla ice cream and I also got one quart of ice cream to take home. One scoop of ice-cream was $4.99 & one quart of ice-cream was $8.99 which was a reasonable price. I couldn't wait until I went home so I tried the ice cream in my car. Vanilla-flavored ice cream was creamy & so tasty. I just love Baskin-Robbins' vanilla ice cream! It was delicious & flavorful ice cream! I would like to recommend The Baskin-Robbins ice cream shop to everyone. They make the best ice cream! Also, they have excellent customer service.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
