  This was one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The employee wasn’t even busy, yet he spoke in a sharp, commanding tone as if he was issuing orders rather than helping a paying customer. I came in to buy food, not to be talked to like I was being instructed or corrected. The entire interaction felt disrespectful and unnecessarily hostile. The sandwich itself was made carelessly. All the ingredients were dumped into the center instead of being evenly spread out. It looked messy, unbalanced, and poorly prepared. There was no attention to detail whatsoever. When I asked for napkins, he didn’t respond properly — he simply pointed to a single napkin left on a table?! It felt dismissive and rude. On a separate visit, the entire floor was covered in water. I stayed for over 30 minutes and not a single staff member attempted to clean it up. It was a clear safety hazard and showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic responsibility. This location seriously needs management oversight. Customers deserve respect, basic communication, and food prepared with minimal care. None of that was present here. I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution others before visiting this location.

  got delivery from here. ordered a sub and the new item on the menu - a pizza. received 2 subs without any protein. i mean that has to be as bad as it gets. why is this guy still allowed to have this franchise? have ordered 10 times in the last 2 years, and have reported issues about 9 times. just go out of business already

  I regret coming here today and wasted my money! The person gave me the sandwich should not be working here! His costumer service was really poor. Restroom is disgusting!

  This Subway is a complete joke. Hours say they close at 10 p.m., but I came at 9:30 TWO days in a row and they flat out refused to serve me because they’d already “cleaned up.” If you stop serving at 9:30, then change your hours… don’t waste people’s time. On top of that, the staff here can barely communicate in English, especially the female worker, which makes ordering a nightmare. They even admitted the store closes at 10, but still choose to shut down early. Lazy, unprofessional, and misleading. If you actually want food when you show up, avoid this location at all costs.
