We purchased a dozen bagels and 3 cream cheese containers last Saturday for a brunch we were having later that morning. After putting out the items guests complained that the cream cheese seemed frozen and curdled. We had only opened 2 of the 3 cream cheeses but no one ate the bagels as the cream cheese was bad! I returned with the cream cheese and bagels Monday morning but the manager (George) would not refund the purchase and instead told me I could get 3 other cream cheeses. Not only was he rude and argumentative, he would not refund the order! The brunch with several guests was Saturday…today is Monday! I can’t eat any of these things now. Brunch was ruined, manager was rude and dismissive. Horrible service from a ‘manager’!
