I’ve been to other Lazy Dog locations before, but this one might be the worst experience I’ve ever had.
Upon arrival, we didn’t receive any water—none for us and none for the dogs, even though we ordered two dog meals. We ordered for 3 people, and my order was placed incorrectly; instead of the half-sandwich, I was given the full order with extra salads and sides I never asked for. One person in our group didn’t get her food at all, because Gil never put her order in to begin with. To top it off, one of us ended up with food poisoning the next day.
Overall, such a disappointment!
Avoid at all cost! ! !

We decided to sit outside, very much disgusted with the fact that there was a dog basically licking food off of the table in front of us.
I ordered a lemon drop martini and it tasted so watered down. There was at MAXIMUM 0.1% alcohol in it.
My bf and I ordered the black and blue burger. He ordered his with bacon jam and it had the consistency of sand mixed with paté, to make it worse, it tasted nothing like bacon, more akin to something you would serve your cat cat.
The burger itself tasted like unseasoned beef with not a grain of salt/pepper or any other seasoning very much akin to a boiled burger.
The servers were very polite but overall the food we got was terrible.

Stopped by for lunch on a Monday around 12:30pm. Beautiful day out and we sat outside. Spacious patio. Lots of cute, well behaved, dogs arrived sporadically.
They have a lunch special served until 3pm. Soup, salad, side and a half a sandwich for $13.
I decided on the chicken sandwich with the fruit (instead of fries) and the tortilla soup.
The chicken was really roasted turkey breast. However, they include fresh lettuce, tomato and avocado on it. The tortilla soup was really good. A bowl, not a cup.
Service was great. Our waiter, checked on us enough to ensure we did not need anything more.
Nice location and not too loud on the patio. Some road noise from cars driving by but not too bad.
I'll be back.

They definitely live up to the name “Lazy Dog.” We waited 40 minutes for our food, which was just sandwiches and salads. The waiter forgot to put in the salad order, and when I finally received one, I had already finished my meal and it wasn’t even the right salad. They have plenty of staff, yet everyone seemed completely disorganized. We were approached with someone else’s order at least ten times, and the same thing happened to the table next to us. Considering the food is generic and something you can get anywhere, the service becomes the deciding factor, and here it was just very poor.

We finally made it to Lazy Dog after talking about going for so long. The challenge is, there are so many other good familiar restaurants in this plaza like Benihana, BJ's CA Fish Grill or Armadillo Willie's. The restaurant was full at 7:30pm with a wait of 30 minutes for a table of 3. The menu is extensive. We had two items from their $15 menu which includes an entree and a brownie ice cream. Those tasted OK, a bacon cheeseburger and 1/2 fried chicken dinner. The fish and chips $24 had generous pieces of fish. The nachos with carnitas $18.50 was also OK. The food came out fairly quickly for a busy kitchen. Our waitress checked on us often. Overall, great job everyone at Lazy Dog. It was a fun and lively meal with TV's all around to watch some Friday night hockey.
