I placed the order for Midnight Cookie sundae. The server scooped up about half a scoop of ice cream. I noticed it was empty and she took out the container. I thought she was going to get a new container from the back. Nope! She kept scraping that same container. What was she looking for, gold? It wasn’t after I stopped to ask if the ice cream was finished and if there was any more in the back that she asked me if I wanted another flavor. How was she expecting to fulfill the order in the first place when there was barely any ice cream left? If they didn’t have any, she could’ve just said they ran out of that flavor and to pick something else. When I picked another flavor, she gave one small scoop of that. Half of my cup was just whipped cream. It’s an ice cream shop, not rocket science.
