  This location is a reliable option when you are craving something quick and familiar. I got the double chicken burrito bowl, and everything felt fresh, especially the guacamole, which really elevated the overall flavor. The rice, beans, and chicken were all solid and consistent with what you would expect. One thing I really liked is that they stay open until 11 pm, which is super convenient. The staff was professional and efficient, making the whole experience smooth. A good go to spot when you are in the mood for Chipotle.

  I ordered online so that I would not have to wait in Chipotle. I arrived and saw that my food was ready for pickup no one was at the cash register there were two people preparing food for other customers and there were three other employees besides the two people that saw me waiting by the cash register no one said anything or offered to help All I needed was for them to pass the food I had already paid for it. I waited for 6 minutes with no customer at the cash register or no employee at the cash register five different people saw me standing there. I'm a business owner if I ran my business this way I would lose. Even if Sam someone just said hey we'll get your order for you in a few minutes that would be sufficient. People were walking into the back kitchen walking around looking at me smiling at each other all kinds of frivolous meaningless interaction meanwhile I waited. The lady that eventually came was nice smiled and friendly.

  This location is usually flawless. But on Thursday at 6 PM I came across a very awkward staff. I was picking up an order for my friend, and I accidentally put guacamole and queso on it. Once I told them I needed to remake the bowl, the entire staff (except for the First Lady in the food line) acted like I stole all the money out of the cash register… They also acted like it was food out of their refrigerator they had to throw out. I’ll be going to the other locations next time.

  The food quality is consistently lower than the one in Foster City; food is saltier, meat is undercooked and rice is mushy.
