  I had such a great experience at Chick-fil-A thanks to Manny. We came in with a pretty large church group, which could have easily been overwhelming, but he handled everything so smoothly. He stayed calm, organized, and made sure everyone was taken care of without making anyone feel rushed. What really stood out was how kind and personable he was the whole time. He kept things light with his sense of humor, joking with our group and making people smile, which honestly made the whole experience even better. You could tell he genuinely cared about giving good service, not just getting through the line. Manny went above and beyond, and it made a big difference for our group. People like him are the reason you keep coming back.

  Came in early Saturday morning and was instantly greeted with a friendly face and smile. Manny was more than accommodating to us and after taking our order and dropping it off - continued to check in on us to make sure everything was to our liking. Our 19 month old son adored him and was very engaging. Stopped in for breakfast for great food and had great service as well. Thank you Manny

  Manny and the team are always a delight! I’m on the road a lot for work, and it’s always a great start to the day when I get to enjoy a hot breakfast with wonderful people. The restaurant is pristine, the bathrooms are sparkling, and the vibes are immaculate.

  I placed a large catering order for delivery for a university event. The food was great, but service not so much. When they ran my card the morning of the event, my bank flagged it as potential fraud due to the large purchase amount. However, when the restaurant called me for an alternate form of payment, the woman on the phone had a noticeably judgmental tone about the card declining, despite me having a backup card ready immediately. She then put me on hold for 10 minutes to figure out how to enter the new card details. Not the most pleasant experience at 6:30am, and the order ended up being late because of delay.

  Held my daughters 7th birthday here, today actually. Things went so great and so smooth I had to make sure I wrote my review as soon as possible. I want to put the spotlight on Manny and Iris (and two others, didn’t catch their names), words cannot describe my appreciation to you all. Your service today was remarkable, you really should be proud of yourselves! Your work ethic and professionalism really shined and made for a unforgettable experience for my birthday girl.
