The shift leader, Marcela, completely ignored her role and just stood there laughing with another employee. They gave me blank stares, refused to help, and brushed me off like I wasn’t even there. I live right across the street, and I used to come here all the time. After this experience, I will never return. Completely unacceptable service. Stay away from this place.

Unfortunately I didn't know until I had arrived at my destination so I couldn't do much about it at that time. I did call the number on the receipt to only get a busy signal.
