The vibe is felt almost immediately upon walking in and that right there means everything to me. This employee needs to be recognized for her skills regarding making amazing sandwiches and for being such a wonderful human being! To the owner… You have a diamond in the sky employee and please, keep doing what you’re doing because your employee has demonstrated professionalism, skill and most important, the drive to ensure customer satisfaction. I said hello and she straight up made eye contact and looked away without even a smile. You got to get better employees or train them in customer service. She was shrugging the whole time while I was ordering.

While he was literally paying I asked for the bathroom key and he says "customers only" and I ask if I can just go cause my friend just bought food from them and he got pissed like a little freak and pointed at the door for me to leave. At least the Freddy Steakburgers lets you use the bathroom!
