  “I turned off the oven with your pizza in it and now it's burnt black. You sure you don't want it? I'm gonna throw it away because it'd be disrespectful to expect anybody to eat that, let alone pay money for it, which totally would have happened if you hadn't said anything. You sure you don't want it?"

  Had an issue with one of my pizzas, but the team had great customer service and made it right promptly. Would recommend!

  Papa John's staff don't even know what standard means in pizza 21 bucks for 6 slices that 21 bucks is like 2 boxs from little Caesars

  I ordered a Pizza from the San Marcos Ca Papa John’s Pizza. It was not original crust it was thin Crust. I also ordered extra cheese and didn’t get extra cheese. The toppings were so thin. This was the absolute worse Pizza we’ve ever got. I ordered one last week from the Felicita location in Escondido CA it was perfect and delicious. The San Marcos store needs better management and pizza prep persons. We will never again go back to San Marcos Papa John’s

  I'm writing this preview to acknowledge Jay for exceptional service hard work. She answers the phone. She takes the order. When you arrive she is the cashier. And then to my surprise she's also cooking the pizza. While waiting for the pizzas to be finished she is preparing the line with boxes and stickers and all at a very fast rate and all the time making sure that pizza come out correctly. If I was still in the position to do so today I would offer her a job without thinking twice. Regardless of experience I could tell in a few minutes that she could adapt to any situation and be an amazing employee. Thank you Jay.
