Yesterday after I got off my long hard work day shift, I didn’t want any fast, greasy food, I wanted to feel nourished and feel healthy before I went home to get some rest, I proceeded to look for close subways and this one was close and still open. When I got there I noticed the store was Very clean, I felt like I was in an Apple Store or something with the self serve option kiosks, very modern smelled great. The store Associate Joseph helped me, and when I tell you he put all of his energy into making that sandwich I got I’m not joking. It tasted great, better than any subway I’ve been to, the one on Santa Fe Ave is second place to me now. I will definitely be coming back to get more sandwiches, The manager is doing a great job training her staff, i don’t know how many managers work there but they are all doing great if they are all serving sandwiches like that. I would have taken a picture but it was gone immediately I was trying to only eat half lol

Vienna was extremely rude and acted very inappropriate during my visit to the subway store. I walked in and saw new Kiosk systems and simply asked “can I still order through you” and she threw her clip board to the side immediately disgusted that I asked for help. Whether I use a kiosk or not, the employee still has to make my sandwich. This location has had many rude employees in the past and I question how involved the manager of the location is. During making my sandwich, Vienna was chucking meats and cheese all over when she was visibly frustrated about something that was not my problem as a customer. I feel it would be appropriate to discuss Viennas attitude in front of customers unless you want to lose customers due to her poor attitude and lack of professionalism. Vienna was working at 6pm on the evening of December 15th 2025

Too bad Subway execs destroyed their best feature. Subway's main value proposition to the customer was the ability to customized a sandwich to the customer's liking. Now you can only press buttons on a kiosk to select sandwich "options" and HOPE that what you ask for is what you get. Four out of four orders, it has NOT been what I wanted. This latest time, I asked for "less" Sriracha sauce on my American Club. The sandwich arrived doused in sauce. Normally when I ordered in person, I used to say, "just add a thin stripe of sauce" and the maker would do it perfectly. Now all you can do is press "less" on the sauce order entry and hope. I have no hope that Subway will fix this as these electronic ordering kiosks were probably the brainchild of some higher level executive and with their egos, they don't like to be criticized or second guessed. No doubt rather than change or remove the kiosks, they will blame the workers, do more training, and force them to "get it right" while totally missing the fact that the kiosks have removed a critical communication between maker and customer. Since Subway no longer offers the one thing that made them special, I might as well get better "off the menu" sandwiches from Urbane Cafe, Jersey Mikes, Board and Brew or even the grocery store. So long, Subway. It was nice coming to you these past years. Goodbye.
