Today was the absolute worst. I ordered two California burritos with no pico and added guacamole which came out to just under $40, which is normally a great deal for the amount of food you get. Today I get my food home and one of the burritos has no guacamole and the other burrito has guacamole, but is stuffed with pico de gallo. My daughter and I never get pico because we are allergic to tomatoes. The burrito was ice cold and super soggy. this was the worst ever, and I will never Go there again. It saddens me because I’ve been eating there for years

No issue with their customer service and food was served in a timely manner. To my surprise I find out that the 2 burritos I ordered were in fact not the bolt burrito but instead the California burrito. And now for the burrito itself, as soon as I opened the burrito it was already falling apart, the meat was very dry, the fries were soggy sad and lumpy, sour cream well it was just sour cream but that’s was all here was to it no guac no other type of sauce just a tortilla with reheated microwave meats and fries but what makes everything even worse is that I paid 50$ for 2 sad pathetic excuse on what they call a burrito, please do waste your time here, highly do not recommend. They only do a great job when it comes to people who do food reviews other than that the food here is horrible.
