- MCMomma Kaitlin ChontecoApr 21, 20261.0The service here was extremely disappointing. The overall atmosphere felt negative, and the staff didn’t seem happy to be there. My brother was visiting from out of town and specifically wanted Chipotle, even though I hadn’t been in years. Unfortunately, our experience—especially our interaction with an employee named Aracelli—completely ruined the visit. Because of this, we won’t be coming back.

I came here once before and had a super long wait time experience but I thought it was just an off day. I gave it another chance since I was in the area and line was not as long this time but it still took 30 minutes to place an order! On top of that they were out of some ingredients! The chicken tasted bad too and burnt - so gross- it left a bad after taste- I couldn’t finish it and I was hungry!

For example, I'm positive that they are not trained to mince the chicken into mush. There should be tiny pieces of chicken. They seemed very understaffed and attitudes are awful. Don't even think about ordering online instead of in person, it will be 30% smaller with an online order.
