I woke up Saturday morning to discover my chicken nugget trays I was planning to serve at two birthday parties on Saturday were ruined after the refrigerator door had stayed slightly cracked open overnight. I immediately tried to reorder everything on the app but it wouldn’t be ready for 6 hours and my first party started in 4! I called and talked to the local manager who was so gracious and kind! He immediately told me he would make it all happen and be ready in 2.5 hours so I would have time to get everything ready for the party! Not only did he do everything he could to make sure we had food as planned, he was so kind and encouraging throughout the entire process! When I arrived for pickup, they immediately brought everything! The team went above and beyond to try to relieve the stress I was feeling and make sure the parties were successful! I’m so grateful for them and the amazing team they employ!
