Well let's see. I placed an online order. When I got there 15 minutes later with no one in line the order had not been made. None of the workers greeted me or said hello. That's a downer but not a deal breaker. Maybe it was because the closest worker lady with gloves on was literally stuffing her face moving hand to mouth stuffing in what looked like the tail end of a piece of bread and she was attending to the stores bread loaves tray in the process. Ya, I'm sure no microscopic or bigger than microscopic bread crumbs and particles were popping out as she chewed her food directly over the bread tray. Geeeez. She never changed her gloves. Asked me "how can I help you". I told her I was waiting for an online order. She did not respond. She then started making a sandwich. Same gloves. She made the sandwich and then flung/slid the bag onto the online orders rack and mumbled something. I ask "is that the order for "xxxxxx". She said, "I don't know, it's the only online order we have" and then started helping someone else. What is wrong with people these days! Greet someone when then come in. Don't be eating on the job. There are things called "breaks" and "lunches". If you are putting hand to mouth and have to eat while on the job - fine, have the curtsy to remove your gloves, wash hands and put new one on. It's not that hard. If a customer asks a question do your best to answer it, even if it means reading the label on a bag and saying "hi - are you 'XXXXX' ....oh great here's your order". I'm sure the lady is nice enough but training is needed and I'm sure it starts with management at the location. Location was really clean looking...on the bright side, but this type of "service can easily ruin the whole experience for me.

On my walk this morning, I developed a blister so i went into subway. There was a customer so I was waiting for her to leave but the woman (owner) asked me if I needed something. I then asked if she had a band-aid. She did not answer me but instead, gave me a dirty look and continued with her customer. So I waited there until finally and rudely, she said, "I don't have a band-aid right now." Not only did she not have the decency to even acknowledge I'd asked a question at first, she let me stand there for 5 minutes before telling me no. So either this woman treated me like garbage and refused to give me a stinking band-aid because I didn't buy a sandwich or the woman treated me like garbage because I didn't buy a sandwich but couldn't give me a band aid because they don't have a self-aid kit and if this is true, I sure hope none of the employees cut themselves while prepping the veggies for your sandwich. It's devastating that green pieces of paper with zero value trumps human decency even when it comes to something as small as a band-aid or needing to use the restroom. Next time you find yourself in this subway for a sandwich, don't forget to remember that if you were there strictly for human decency in any capacity, you'd be treated exactly like the sandwich you're spending your hard earned paper on-GARBAGE!

Refuses to use the deals within the app and cancels orders if your discount is steep when you do get them to let you scan the QR code. Some times they let you scan the code then cancel and remake the order. I scanned the deals saw my order reach about 5 USD for 2 sandwiches then they refused canceled the order and said The machine broke when I scanned the deals, one only. "It will be canceled if it's more than one deal." The sandwiches are almost empty compared to any other subway I've ever been to. I asked for extra olives and got 3 more olive slices, point taken don't come back. Just avoid this subway.

This Subway is extremely disappointing and I recommend spending your sandwich money elsewhere - I like the Subway near the intersection of South and Higuera. As a life long Subway eater and former Subway employee, this is in my top 5 of worst stores I have visited. The staff is not welcoming and the atmosphere feels full of malignity and loathing. This store is notorious for using less than the recommended Subway topping portions - as the sandwiches do not contain a lot of substance and they are quite literally 'lite sandwiches'. The store does not like to honor online deals and discounts, will cancel orders, and lie to you as to why they aren't able to assist. I will no longer be visiting this Subway under the current management and I hope corporate will step in to reassess the franchise ownership. I love the location of this Subway, as there are very limited and easily accessible eateries in the surrounding area. However, my money is better spent elsewhere.
