I had a very very bad experience with the managers. They do not follow through and keep their promises. The main manager escalated matters when I complained about an order that I was not happy with & it was clear that the beans were old and not fresh , and he did not honor what a previous manager promised as a remedy for a situation that took place in the past. He decided to give me a hard time. I brought this matter to the attention of the owner. The owner suggested a remedy, which was not a remedy, what was suggested to me clearly would inconvenience me, it is clear the owner does not care for his customers because he does not take care of them. Then another supervisor contacted me and sent me a gift card with nothing $0 balance on it as a remedy. When I contacted that supervisor and related to her that I received a gift card with nothing on it she said they would fix the matter because it was supposed to be a $25 gift card, but it had a zero balance and they never sent nothing. I strongly suggest customers not to deal with the El Pollo Loco in Los Osos, San Luis Obispo area and Paso Robles area , ...... they don't know how to treat their customers, and the food that I got was not fresh and when you bring it to their attention that something is not right they give you a hard time instead. And then they make promises that they don't keep!
