    This California Tacos Cantina and Distillery spot is easily my go-to. I love that it’s tucked inside the SLO Public Market, and the food never disappoints. Our server was incredibly warm and made the whole visit even better. I ordered the carne asada tacos with rice, and every bite was packed with bold flavor. Their $2 Tuesday tacos are truly a steal! The patio seating also gives everything such a nice vibe. Definitely a place worth checking out!

    November 3, afternoon - terrible service! One person running register and waiting on ALL tables, inside and outside. Drink order - never taken, chips and salsa - promised but never delivered. Some guy at the bar somehow got his tacos and he came in after us. After sitting for 15 minutes we left. I predict they’re going out of business just like Brooks burgers did.

    Great experience, with awesome food and drink! The menu has a lot of good options, making it hard to choose. The $2 taco Tuesday allows one to try a lot of meat options without breaking the bank. The margaritas are really good, with a very long list of tequilas. The ceviche appetizer is much bigger than expected and is great to share or have as a meal in itself. Service was friendly and timely with filling water and checking in.
