  Driver thru Got Road issue will scratch your car if you not pay attention. Also their employee seem like don't care y'all order at all. No one in front No one trying to help you, unless you ask, even your ask for help still need to wait for them to doing other job instead of take care the custom.

  Thank you for being so nice... I was able to get my order within less then 2 minutes and I didn't have to wait. For the first time in almost 4 years my food was made perfectly. The oder was made correctly and the temperature of the food was hot and the quality of the food was good. I've been to many Taco locations around the bay area and they always disappoint. Thank you for delivering the way it should be delivered. Andres F was my cashier and he rocked it. I couldn't wait to share my review.

  Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a Build Your Own Luxe Cravings Box through drive-through pickup, plus nacho fries. First, they gave me the wrong order and I had to go back. After getting the corrected order, the chips were still missing from my box. It was frustrating to have to check the order twice and still not receive everything I paid for. I understand that mistakes can happen, but accuracy is very important especially when customers order and pay online.

  The service was very slow. The crispy tacos were smashed together that I could not open them up to place sauce into them.
