- RMRafiq MFeb 28, 20261.0I had an extremely upsetting experience at this McDonald’s today around 4:50 p.m., and it was completely unacceptable. I went in to pick up my order and asked for extra ranch. The manager, Anahi, told me it would cost extra. I agreed and was ready to pay. When I asked for salsa and referred to it as Mexican salsa, she immediately became hostile and accused me of being racist. I was shocked and asked what I had done wrong, but instead of explaining professionally, she started using profanity (F word multiple times) and speaking to me in an abusive and disrespectful way. Her behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for someone in a management position. I remained calm and respectful the entire time, while she continued to argue and curse at me. No customer should ever be spoken to like thatI have never experienced such poor customer service at McDonald’s before. Being insulted and verbally attacked over a simple request is unacceptable. This employee’s behavior reflects very poorly on the restaurant, and management needs to address this situation immediately.
