What I Liked: Food Quality: The burgers are consistently fresh and hot. The Baconator here is usually spot-on, and the fries have been nice and crispy lately. Service Speed: Even when the drive-thru line looks long, it tends to move pretty quickly. The daytime crew is usually efficient and friendly. Location: Super convenient if you’re commuting or running errands near the BART station. Why 4 stars instead of 5: The late-night service can be a bit of a hit-or-miss. I’ve had a couple of instances where a sauce was missing or the Frosty machine was down for cleaning right when I had a craving. Also, the dining room hours can be a little unpredictable, so I usually just stick to the drive-thru to be safe. Bottom Line: It’s a solid choice for a quick meal. Just double-check your bag for sauces before you pull away from the window!
