  Disappointing experience. When I walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment at all, which immediately set a negative tone. There was an Indian dude with weird mustache working behind the counter. During checkout, the he stood watching me while I selected a tip on the screen, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. After I left a $2 tip, there was no thank-you or basic courtesy. My sandwich was simply put in a bag and the employee walked away. For nearly $18, I expected at least basic customer service. At that price point, I could have gone next door and gotten a much better meal with more value. The sandwich was a ONE star taste. Overall, the service made the experience feel awkward and not worth the cost.

  Asked for water cups and got to know they do not carry any cups for water, so that the customers can buy soda or water bottles.

  This location does not honor the sub of the day promotion advertised, personnel very hairy arms face beards mustache no hair net protection , wanted sub but chose not to just to not have to have a bad experience risk
