She was not happy with my request!! Said somethings that I did not understand at that point. I asked to have it toasted... again same attitude, she kept saying somethings to herself I think.... since I did not see anyone else at the store. When she was done wrapping the sandwich she said " It's hard to make sandwich like this" no good! and charged me for the sandwich and notice that she did not charge the right amount. When I requested an explanation about the amount she said " no special price, thirty minutes to close now regular price and you asked for toasted so that is like a little bit extra for toasted bread you pay special tax and then state tax." I understand that it was the end of the day, probably she was tired. For me this was my last visit at this store. Sorry!
