Several products were locked, and I needed help just to grab basic items. I waited more than 20 minutes for someone to come and open the case, and no one showed up. This is not the first time I’ve had problems at this store. The staff seems unprepared, unhelpful, and not respectful toward customers. If this supermarket cannot properly serve people, it should either hire more employees and train them better or simply close, because the service is unacceptable.
