Excellent food. Excellent service. Came here with 8 for my father in law's birthday. Everyone was very happy with their food and even though it was packed we didn't have to wait very long for anything. The dining room is huge and open so it got a little loud but it wasn't crazy. I will definitely be back

What a perfect evening!!!
Our waiter was attentive, polite and made a milestone birthday super special!
The food was well-presented and delicious!
We had the warm Brie with macadamia nut crust and seared teriyaki tenderloins as our hors d’oeuvres to start!
Then, we had the crab and shrimp fettuccini, clam chowder, and Point Reyes Farmstead Blue Cheese Salad as our entrees!
The crème brûlée with the candle on top as the birthday surprise was a nice touch!!
Our waiter was so kind to even take perfect photos to capture the birthday moments!
What a special evening!
The staff were all very polite, friendly, and amiable.
The view was impressive!
The food was very delicious! The portion sizes were just right!
The service was spectacular! The waiter checked on us often and made sure all our needs were attended to. Everyone including the host were extremely courteous.
We were very very happy and satisfied with our dining experience and will surely return very soon!

I’ve been here before; apparently it’s been a minute. I made the mistake of raving about this place, suggesting to a couple of friends that it would be a great spot for Sunday brunch. But was I wrong.
I have never had service this horrible, especially at this price.
We had trouble even getting place settings for the three of us. Drinks took almost 40 minutes, and getting water took forever. The appetizer took over an hour, and we ended up passing one plate around between the three of us because our server couldn’t get it together and simply bring plates out with the order.
By the time we placed our entrée order, we had already been there over an hour. The food then took another 45 minutes to an hour to arrive. We had to repeatedly ask for the salad, which, where I come from, generally shows up before the entrée. We asked for condiments, and the server put her hands up and said, “Wait!”—that she was trying to get the salad out.
The place was not that busy. At all.
To make it worse, the service felt incredibly impersonal. The server never introduced herself, staff do not wear name tags, and we had no idea who was actually taking care of us.
We were not impressed by any of it, especially the service. Had our server actually introduced herself, I’d put her on blast right now.
Finally, someone helped us get a manager to our table. The manager had noticed we’d been waiting a long time, yet didn’t step in until we asked. After making excuses for the lousy service, we sent the filet mignon back. It was dry and tough. Other food was overcooked, soggy, or lukewarm.
The manager did end up sending out another filet and comping the entire meal.
Even if they had tried to be a little more professional and courteous and kept drinks coming, it probably would have gone a long way. But being ignored, hands up and told to wait, is completely unacceptable.
These people were rude and disingenuous—they’re in the wrong business. I felt terrible for suggesting this place. That’s 3.5–4 hours of life we won’t get back. I won't make that mistake twice.

What happened to this place? Omg. It used to be so special. It wasn't even that busy in the lounge and dining room almost empty. Food was ok but not the best. I think my martini was short maybe some spilled out on tray on the way to table. Not happy about that. Not a manager in sight. Do better. We all can do better... train your team and support them to do better. Something is missing 😔

I think this must be the only higher level restaurant in the area because it could be better but people are still going to come.
I had what's called a reservation. I indicated it was to celebrate a birthday and a window table would be preferred. They first tried to seat us in the bar where everyone was wearing t-shirts and jeans and we were nicely dressed. After I reminded him that we had a reservation he attempted to put us at a table not near a window even though there were open tables near the window. So then I asked if reservations were useless there. A server overheard our discussion and had him put us in her section at a window table. He tried to say they never know how many people are going to show up and that's why we weren't going to be seated at the window and I kept asking what good was a reservation then?
Ultimately not a single person in the restaurant bothered to say happy birthday.
Experience so far: 0/5
The bread they provide is unique in that it has garlic butter on top. It's good but you need more butter for the rest of the bread.
The menu is limited overall. People come here because they must like what's on the menu not because there are a lot of choices. We both got the prime rib. It was fine. The mashed potatoes were great! This is a rare restaurant that has asparagus as the veg which was fabulous. The horseradish was pretty good and I don't generally like horseradish.
Dessert menu had choices but only one chocolate option, the lava turtle cake. Now I'll say it was good but I wouldn't call it lava. It was a warm chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream with chocolate drizzle, pecans (which they claimed were candied pecans but they were not) and caramel sauce which I generally don't care for but theirs went well with the dessert.
At one point I had to wait for a while just to get more water.
I thank the server for helping us get a window table in her section, but it felt like we were always trying to be upsold on food and alcohol items. There were more valuable tables around us with more people who were drinking and doing appetizers. So I understand from a server perspective we weren't a good table. We only spent $150 for 2 people. God forbid!
I would not return overall and I wish we had just gone to SF. Normally we take photos of ourselves and the food but we didn't bother. 😒
