- AGAna GDec 22, 20255.0People be complaining about dumb things.. This place is nice and the food has always been accurate and good. I've only ordered online thru the website so maybe ordering in person is a different experience. Everytime I walk in, im always acknowledge by the staff and feel welcomed. Always can find parking and the place is clean.

He continued to say he couldn't find my address. So he left the food somewhere other then my address. I called wingstop. They said, to call. doordash because they picked it up, then called it done. So I was going back and forth to get my money or food. This was not a good experience. My food was not good either, so I'm thinking of taking my business elsewhere for wings
- TGTroy GambleNov 20, 20251.0Staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. I picked up an order for my wife this evening which was the boneless meal deal and we ordered an extra sauce. Upon opening the bag when I got home, only two sauces were included, not the 3 that we had paid extra for. When I called the store asking for a refund, a lady tried accusing me of being wrong and that my order only had two sauces. This indicated to me that she was the one who made the mistake. I told her to check the order in her system and that she was wrong. She spoke in spanish to her manager while I was still on the phone without placing me on hold and then proceeded to tell me she would refund me $1.65 in one hour. I have no proof of this refund. I said I need it right now because I don't trust her because she was obviously the one who made the mistake as she accused me of being wrong. Mark my words. I will never go to this Wingstop location again. I will for the rest of my life tell people to avoid this location. It's clear why it's 2.5 stars. I will also be filing a corporate compliant and a complaint with the better business bureau. I also am demanding the refund for the additional sauce effective immediately.
